All my life I have been interested in solving problems. Before entering college, I was doing consulting work for small businesses in my hometown and in-house technology training for individuals at the age of 17. This led me to pursue my undergraduate degree in technology and further led to an MBA to understand how to run an effective business. I started my own consulting company right out of college, and I learned from that experience.During and after college, I worked in various industries and positions before ending up at WTW in 2020.I am now a Senior Manager at WTW, responsible for a critical business team that creates products directed at individuals under the age of 65. During my time here at WTW, I have taken over the leadership of four separate teams. It is my passion to continue to build a successful development environment and bolster team morale.Outside of work, I occasionally offer my services as a private tutor through Wyzant, where I have a 5-star rating.
