- Develop and maintain Vocational Profiles for individuals receiving job development services.- Utilize the principles of individualized job development to negotiate jobs.- Develop and maintain cooperative working relationship with Vocational Rehabilitation Divisions.- Communicates on a regular basis with support services personal agents, co-workers, vocational rehabilitation counselors, families, county case managers, and networks of support to report progress and identify solutions to employment barriers.- Completes documentation for vocational services required in an accurate and timely manner.- Actively develops employment contacts through outreach efforts using a variety of resources including but not limited to: networking meetings, job fairs, trade shows, cold calling, and other industry related events.- Identifies and refers individuals to Social Security Work Incentive (benefits counseling) as needed.- Mentors and empowers job coaches to maintain on-going negotiations with the employer after a successful employment offer & initial training period.- Work with Job Coaches and people served to provide on-going support and evaluation of job placements to ensure success.

- Coach/Train clients at local community employment sites.- Assist participants in learning task as independently as possible and work cooperatively with each person’s vocational team to create plans and/or obtain tools that would improve their capacity to learn their job.- Maintain progress notes and time sheets. - Ensure that each participant’s personal and medical information is always current in their work file, discovery forms and/or relate any changes to supervisor.- Maintain clear communication with community employment manager and others as part of the ISP team.- Attend required training's and ISP meetings.

- Assist and supervise adults with developmental disabilities while they worked in a vocational environment.- Keep clients engaged throughout the work day, help with production work by using a hand over hand method as needed, encourage clients to have appropriate work habits and behavior, help set personal goals, and check quality of clients work and point out areas of improvement.- Maintain case management for up to 15 clients; includes filling out time sheets, tracking brokerage, reviewing individual service plans (ISPs), recording log notes, filling out incident reports, and interacting in a professional manner with clients management team.- Maintain accurate count of work completed in database management system.- Respond to disputes between clients, deal with emergencies by using CPR or First Aid if necessary, and fill out accident report forms when required.
