Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, I have seen a lot of changes over the years, including in myself. As a West High School and then University of Tennessee graduate, I've been fortunate to learn from some of the best educators in our area. As I began my professional career with a large insurance firm, my love and interest in business began to flourish. After nearly four years into my career, I began my entrepreneurial journey, took a leap of faith, and opened up my first business from scratch, RightWay Insurance, in 2014.As RightWay Insurance has continued to grow over the years, my love for entrepreneurship has as well. In addition to my role as Agency Owner, I have opened, managed, and advised several other small businesses along the way. This love for entrepreneurship led me to accept the role of Vice President of Sumo MNS in 2021, a local start-up company that manufactures and sells mass notification equipment to government agencies and local municipalities.In addition to my professional roles, I find great pleasure in serving on the boards on which I currently serve, and being an active coach for youth sports. I love God, I love my family, I love business, and I love learning.
