I am the Joint Managing Partner at Blackadders, and, along with my fellow Managing Partner, manage the strategic direction of the firm. I am also responsible for the firm's operational and financial performance. Prior to my appointment as Joint Managing Partner at Blackadders, I was the head of our Dispute Resolution unit, and acted in all matters of a contentious nature, with a particular focus on property litigation, restructuring & insolvency, commercial disputes, and contentious private client matters. In addition to traditional litigation, I also represented clients in many forms of alternative dispute resolution, including Arbitration, Mediation and Expert Determination. I am dual-qualified in Scotland, England & Wales (although I only hold a practising certificate in Scotland).
