A risk analytics platform for large scale merchants to evaluate risks on their shipments as it pertains to if the shipment will be delivered by the carrier promise date or not. • Ware2Go is a supply chain business that allows customers to rent out storage/picking/packing/shipping operations in our warehouse distribution network. Merchants and warehouses use various applications within our in house software suite.• Created Network Optimization tool. "NetworkVu" will analyze perspective customer data and recommend warehousing solutions within Ware2Go network. Sales tool aiming to drive in new customers to using other Ware2Go applications in our suite.• Building "InventoryVu", another sales tool with the goal of providing current & prospective customers inventory replenishment recommendations.• Product Manager for Lot Management (batch tracking) feature. Researched merchant/warehouse client needs and implemented “first expired first out” removal strategy function. • Rental Toolbox: Rental Toolbox is Tool Rental’s new application for creating and closing contracts. Played key role in the deployment to 1,200 stores in October 2017. Using agile methods to research, validate, prioritize value, and deploy in quick sprints while always keeping the user's and stakeholder's needs in mind. Instrumental in converting Tool Rental point of sales systems to OrangePay, the new enterprise solution for payments. Responsible for several Tool Rental firsts including phone sales, ID validation, and converting application front end platform from Angular to React. Created new sales feature within Rental Toolbox. Researched, iterated, and built user friendly workflow for our store associates to sell used tools. Subject matter expert for application.• Revenue Recovery: Revenue Recovery is an application to automatically charge customers that have overdue tools. Restructured the application to work more efficiently with new rental system as well as enhanced previous features. Removed dependency on Legacy systems and PR6 database. Surpassed $1M in successful attempts in first 8 weeks of 2018, on pace for $6.5M in 2018, more than doubling 2017. Added multiple tool contracts to application, projected impact of $1-2M. • Enhanced Tool Rental & Legacy systems (Product Manager): Managed the support team, both at SSC and off shore, for all of our legacy systems. Pushed several deployments to make changes to the security, switch storage databases, and turn on/off different functionality in preparation of retirement of legacy systems.
