Created documentation detailing instructions and trained warranty team on how to file claims.• Store support: Support stores daily related to issues related to any of these roles. Avenues include phone, email, tool rental email inbox, and warehouse community. “Expert” level warehouse profile on Home Depot’s social media platform and assist with questions form all areas of the Tool Rental business.• Inventory analyst: Support the merchandising team by creating and publishing the “weekly outstanding purchase order” report every Friday. This report goes to the stores so they can see what items they will be receiving. Assist with tracking down units so the stores can try to avoid the loss on their P&L. Corrected an issue with our systems creating ghost purchase orders in summer of 2017.
