I’m a Sales Manager with 7+ years of experience in the Remodeling industry and 10+ years in Sales. I started out in Real Estate leasing apartments. I was introduced into the world of remodeling consulting about 5 years later selling exterior remodeling products on residential homes like windows, roofing, siding, and trim. I accepted a position with Pella Windows in 2018 as a Sales Rep and in July of 2021 became the Sales Manager for the Western New York Branches. I grew up playing sports and it helped shape me into who I am today. To be competitive but also a leader. To always find a way to help make my teammates better or to improve so we can all succeed together. I am a hard worker with lots of grit that has always motivated me to work harder than anyone. I am consistently working to improve skills I have to be the leader my team not only looks up to but who they respect and seek out for guidance. Training and leading is my passion and nothing drives me more than the feeling you get when you help change someone's life by teaching them the skills you have learned and watching them flourish!
