With a career spanning over two decades, my journey with the Impellam Group began in 2002, and I currently serve as an executive leader on the Impellam Group North America team and as president of our Lorien and SRG brands. In this capacity, I'm entrusted with shaping our organizational culture and strategic direction as I lead client and delivery functions across North America for our tech and life sciences brands and work very closely with our global managed services companies, BarPellam and Guidant Global. Beyond my leadership at Lorien, I've been deeply engaged in charting the course for all of Impellam's North American STEM brands, including our Life Sciences staffing and recruiting division, SRG. This experience has deepened my understanding of the ever-evolving medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech sectors and allowed me to actively contribute to shaping business development and delivery trajectory for our Life Sciences brand. Within the Lorien framework, our Specialist Markets division is renowned for its unwavering support for AI, Mobile Applications, Salesforce/CRMs, and Cybersecurity sectors. Our Strategic Solutions team provides innovative, white-glove Technology RPO and Integrated Staffing Solutions, positioning Lorien as the preferred talent supplier for some of the world's most innovative STEM-focused companies, spanning industries like aerospace, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and energy. Celebrating a two-decade milestone with the company recently, I am committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, emphasizing mentorship and investment in our team members.
