• Scanning items using an RF gun and placing them in the correct totes.• Placing dry ice into the lids.• Housekeeping each freezer

• Cutting doors and holes in Spa moulds.• Inserting pipework and jets using silicone and glue.• Installing heat pumps, ozone generators and touch pads.• Flaming the shell of the spa, water flow testing, jet testing and looking for leaks.• Adding panels, rubber strips and tags.

• Took apart and put together factory equipment like wrapping machines, industrial-sized mincers, sausage fillers and basket washers, so we could clean the parts.• Worked well within a team to make sure customers’ orders were fulfilled in a timely manner. • Teaching staff and ordering in stock.• Liaised with the customers over the phone, over 60 in total, to take orders and look for opportunities to increase sales, completing invoices.• Creating production lists based on customer orders and keeping a log of them so we could gauge what to make in future.• Added ingredients to meat to mix and create sausage meat. Then weighed it, filled into skins, hand-linked them and placed on trays.• Fixed machines that were faulty or not aligned properly.

Winter contract• Handling complaints via email, using appropriately designed templates and tailoring them to customers.• Informing customers of delays and failed payments, whilst reassuring them that they would be looked after, showing good care and professionalism.• Worked as part of a team to deliver a good service and make sure items sin high demand were being packed and sent as a priority.• Using various pieces of software like: WordPress, Slack and Magento.• Refunding and replacing orders when they hadn’t reached customers using PayPal.

• Professionally set myself up as a business, creating my own website, cards, and business email, licencing my music with PRS.• Managed myself online on all social media sites; Facebook, Instagram, SoundCloud, Twitter, YouTube, etc.• Wrote over 70 songs, having had no previous experience doing so.• Performed in the street every day to help raise money for my projects.• Produced a whole album of original material with one of the best professional studios in Birmingham, The Oxygen Rooms.• Researched more everyday about the music industry, and how the charts worked, how artists were picked for guest spots, festivals and more.• Applied for many opportunities as support slots for bigger artists including several big Birmingham bands.• Created 6 lyric videos, syncing the visuals I shot abroad and at home with the professional recordings.• Acted in 2 music videos as myself, creating the ideas for each and meeting with a professional music video company on several occasions for discussions and shoots.• Managed and distributed my own music through Ditto Music onto over 200 platforms including Spotify and iTunes.• Professionally performed at weddings and other various private parties.• Professionally performed at many pubs, clubs, and other venues all around Birmingham.• Travelled to many networking events in and around Birmingham, to learn more about the industry and strengthen my connections with other artists.
