I am an engineer studying audio and acoustic signal processing, with a particular focus on hearing aids and other listening devices. As a hearing aid user, I have always been frustrated by how poorly they perform in noisy environments, and I am developing new technologies to make them better. I lead the Listening Technology Lab at UIC and DPI, where we are exploring new signal processing strategies to change the way people experience the world through sound.
