Leads all aspects of finance and accounting for RedOwl, to include strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, investor relations, and treasury.

• Provide comprehensive financial analysis as asset manager for a portfolio of three Merchant power plants (~2500 MW) owned by private equity/institutional investors, including treasury, investor relations, and FP&A functions• Work with attorneys and bankers to compose legal credit documents for debt exchange and refinancing of credit facilities in project finance segment of the capital markets• Prepare & interpret valuation analysis for the portfolio, including divestiture values and long term power purchase agreement• Work with investment bankers and internal team to prepare Confidential Information Memorandum, coordinate Q&A and deliver management presentations for divestiture of assets to potential buyers• Deliver financial results and analysis to CEO, board of directors and senior management• Prepare and coordinate presentations for board meetings, including forward looking information from various departments and senior leaders• Create financial scenarios and prepare senior management in setting strategic direction and make decisions related to timing of divestitures, cash flow and debt analysis• Interpret and implement policies to ensure compliance with various project finance credit documents• Work with insurance broker to deliver status of and projections of portfolio for insurance renewals and implementation of the insurance program for property, casualty, and directors & officers policies • Manage daily and monthly cash position and borrowing needs under the revolving credit facility, including working with counterparties for negotiating terms and conditions of letters of credit

• Present results of operating expenses to senior executives, management and operating committees while providing analysis for management to determine areas where opportunity for reductions exist• Change agent focusing on transformation of the company culture as a result of the challenging economic and financial environment (1 of 10 company-wide members of champion team) where leaders optimize spend during a period of growth in order to increase returns to shareholders• Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for initiatives through discounted cash flow models• Lead the company in standardization of process and reporting across the company as it relates to expense management• Implement a comprehensive view of corporate costs through transparency and driver based allocations to operational business units in order to become a low-cost provider of energy solutions• Work with Supply Chain to ensure proper amounts are included in operational and functional budgets

• Manage the monthly close process for $17 billion of revenue for subsidiaries of Fortune 120 Company ensuring accuracy in reporting, including consolidation of foreign entities• Manage staff of 16 accountants to drive standardized financial reporting, disclosure & internal controls• Led discussion and reviews of SEC filings with Constellation Energy Resources (CER) senior management, including CEO and CFO• Preparation of the SEC filings including the MD&A for the Merchant Energy Segment of Constellation’s SEC filings• Prepare memos and research on various accounting issues related to CEG to ensure GAAP compliance• Manage annual audit and quarterly review of CER financial statements including stand-alone international subsidiaries audits in local GAAP/IFRS; Prepare stand-alone SEC quality financial statements for the Commodities group• Ensure that foreign currency was properly accounted for in accordance with FASB 52, Foreign Currency Translation and work with international subsidiaries accounting issues in UK GAAP and IFRS• Member of the Constellation Energy Group Disclosure committee to ensure proper disclosure • Maintain the integrity of the SOX documentation for accuracy in financial reporting • Implement software projects for fixed asset and payroll automation for easier financial reporting, planning and budgeting for management• Consolidate the merchant energy segment under CER management, including foreign entities in Japan, Australia, United Kingdom, Canada, and Spain • Assist with M&A activity to make certain all issues are properly addressed, including researching of foreign exchange issues and determination of the functional currency of foreign acquisitions• Review subsidiary footnote disclosures for inclusion in the Consolidated Form 10-K and 10-Q• Organize financial information from treasury, tax, and operations to maintain accurate financial systems and results

• Assist in the preparation of financial reporting packages for publicly traded manufacturing client including 10-K and 10-Q in the technology sector• Utilize SAP to gather information for financial statement disclosures• Prepare analysis of and disclosures for business combinations in accordance with FASB 141 and recording goodwill and intangible assets in accordance with FASB 142• Ensure that foreign currency translation is accounting for in accordance with FASB 52, Foreign Currency Translation, as well as derivatives related to such items.• Research GAAP related issues to determine proper accounting treatment related to reverse spin-off and guarantor/non-guarantor accounting• Train staff on Financial Interpretation No. 46(R), Variable Interest Entities
