Everyone has a process. Come up with an idea. Create the idea. Critique the idea. Revise the idea. Critique the revision. And again and again until you have it. You just threw 50 ideas at a wall and only one stuck. It’s good, but is it great? When I work on a project, my goal isn’t just to get it done, but to beat my competition and create great work. I do the research, and I work the process until I get the one that sticks...and it’s great. I was always taught three things. Admit your mistakes, stand by your work, and lead from the front. That’s the way I tackle every day. As a leader, standing by my choices, both good and bad. One day, I will do something truly great for a company that really appreciates what I can offer.
