Business generation and project delivery responsibility, primarily serving the Oil and Gas market. • Was key consultant in a wide range of offshore O&G and renewables projects applying engineering design and cutting edge analysis techniques to deliver practical engineering solutions to often highly complex problems.• Recognised by ConocoPhillips for Superior Performance in the delivery of a major subsea production system flow assurance study.• Assisted with project management duties and latterly took on sole responsibility for project delivery.• Manage and supervised Senior Engineers and Engineers• Assisted with business development, generated a significant level of sales and participated in a range of marketing activities.• Established an effective offshore installation analysis and engineering capability (including application of Orcaflex), trained others in appropriate engineering techniques, and generated a healthy revenue stream and client spread.

Research Assistant. Validation of the simulation of helicopters in hover, interacting with industrial partners, development and maintenance of a validation database, and the responsibility for putting together quality documentation.
