• Manage and coordinate construction during all phases• Troubleshoot and monitor quality standards and practices of trade partners, ensuring job site safety at all times• Coordinate workflow and activities of multiple trade partners• Communicate with homeowners throughout the construction of their home• Schedule city inspections, technicians, pre-walk through inspections, and buyer orientations• Conduct pre-walk through inspections and buyer orientations in a timely manner• Work with purchasing department to verify completion of change orders and contract options• Oversee maintenance of all models in community• Maintain contractors by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training; maintain a legal work environment.• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties, vendors and contractors• Update job knowledge on a weekly basis by attending engineering and code inspections• Prepare payment for a large volume of invoices weekly and submit to Accounts Payable• Ensure that BuilPro software program is up-to-date with home progress.

As the Construction Manager, I was tasked with overseeing the development and execution of construction plans, procurement and integration of resources, and delegation of work among team members across all construction activities. Other duties include verifying completion of change orders and contract options, supervising the maintenance of all models in the community, managing the schedule of inspections and orientations, and assisting project control teams in reviewing, analyzing, and approving scope change requests, progress payments, and change orders. Significant accomplishments include: • Won the Raving Fans Award for Construction in the second quarter of 2017, Exemplary Customer Care in the fourth quarter of 2015, and Raving Fans Award for topping the Customer Satisfaction Surveys in 2017 with a 96% rating. • Led the completion of construction 150 projects within allocated time and budget. • Completed all warranties within seven days or less.
