Served as the leader and driver in strategic development planning and raising fundraising dollars to support Museum initiatives. Helped to secure sponsorships for the Museum's top fundraising events, Imagination and Education is Key which collectively raised over $600,000 in one year that contributed to $2 million dollar budget.

Responsible for managing the full operation of the school's development goals and activities, leading and implementing the major development processes inclusing recurring and new donor development and maintenance, grants and state tax credit initiatives, fundraising events, corporate partnerships, cause-related marketing campaigns, and major gifts. Directly responsible for meeting a $2.3 million dollar operating budget that provided over 80% of revenues for the school's operation. Increased revenues by over 10% each year for the last (4) years and tripled revenues for a premier golf tournament, resulting in over $1.2 million dollars in just (3) years.

Managed a broad range of business development activities to drive fundraising initiatives for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami including event management, creating new marketing campaigns, young professionals memberships, and annual fund goals.Assisted in the launch of new membership societies; a VIP young professionals group; increased memberships to provide a new source of revenue, engaged new corporate partnerships for sponsorship and in-kind support; utilized social media and web tactics to actively engage our donor base in alternative methods of fundraising and CRM exposure.
