Current(Promoted internally.)• Supervise accounting personal primarily as well as other branch employees as the need arises.• Handle onboarding and release of employees for my branch.• Provide analysis of company financials and forecasts to maximize existing revenue streams and guide expansion.• Maintain a receivable with less than 10% of collections due being over 90 days old.• Keep up to date with local/state/federal laws in order to meet legal requirements when exploring new opportunities.• See that directives from our CFO and President are adopted with minimal disruption to existing processes.• Process workplace injuries and ensure OSHA 300 recordkeeping guidelines are followed.• Calculate and distribute commission payments to local drivers as well as 1099 owner/operators.
