Prior to joining Rockefeller in 2021 Ryan was a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and has over 10 years of experience in the financial space including working for two Fortune 500 companies in the areas of Financial Analysis and Financial Advising. Ryan is also currently an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Gonzaga University. Gonzaga’s Finance department currently ranks as the 23rd best Finance program in the country according to the US News & World Report.Ryan is committed to providing clients with a tailored approach to wealth management planning and investment management. He works with individuals, their families, and businesses to develop investment plans individually customized to their goals. Ryan and his team advise clients on investing, retirement income planning, liability management, mortgage assistance, insurance management, and estate and wealth transfer planning services.Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Gonzaga University in 2012. He graduated magna cum laude and was admitted into the Alpha Sigma Nu National Academic Honor Society, the Betta Gamma Sigma National Academic Honor Society, and the Omicron Delta Epsilon Honor Society. He then went on to complete his Master of Science in Finance from Pacific Lutheran University.Ryan’s philanthropic activities include serving on the Dean’s Business Board at Gonzaga University and on the Mead School District General Advisory Council. Prior to joining Merrill, Ryan served six years as a Computer Systems Network Administrator in the U.S. Air Force as a member of the Washington Air National Guard.Ryan and his wife Jamie currently reside in the Pacific Northwest with their three sons. Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and playing the guitar, basketball, and chess.
