We have developed and commercialised a world-leading SaaS platform built on patented algorithms to accurately measure carbon in soil and compute operational costs and predict potential carbon credit income maximising the value of carbon credits tradable on national and international markets.• Led the conceptualisation and co-developed the end-to-end business model for Carbon Count; • Provided operational leadership and direction of Carbon Count;• Co-developed architecture and software product, based in patented mathematical algorithms, into a SaaS-based container-architecture platform to accurately compute and measure carbon in soil;• Made key hires including CTO and other key software engineers;• Worked closely with Clean Energy Regulator, ensuring Carbon Count influenced the regulator’s roadmap and decision making around the Emissions Reduction Fund and calculation methodology;

MOQdigital (MOQ:AX) is the merger of two award winning System’s Integrators, Breeze (NSW) and Technology Effect (QLD), which listed in June 2015. MOQdigital also recently acquired Tetran and Skoolbag. Reporting to the CEO, I am responsible for the development of the entire New South Wales business as it rapidly grows, leading the team and with full responsibility for its strategy and P&L. Reporting directly into the Senior Vice President (Worldwide), I was the Regional Director in Asia Pacific for HP Software’s Enterprise Security Products business unit (turnover of AUD150M p.a.). I had overall leadership and responsibility for the P&L for Australia/New Zealand (South Pacific), South East Asia, Japan and Korea including strategy, delegating, coordinating, staffing and decision making. In addition I had executive responsibility for productivity measures across our sub-regions in Asia Pacific.

Holly Connects provides a carrier-grade, scalable, software-only media platform to Fortune-500 Telecommunications and Global Enterprise customers. The Holly Voice Platform handles billions of calls annually. My role was to establish a presence in Europe with a view to positioning the company for sale and in 2009 West Corporation (NASDAQ : WSTC) acquired Holly Connects.

Led a team responsible for re-engineering a number of different processes and procedures in the Operations department of Chase Manhattan Bank, London. Chase Manhattan Bank merged with Chemical Bank in mid-1997 and the new organisation’s business processes required initial re-alignment and re-engineering.

Nedcor Securities was the London based investment arm of Nedcor South Africa, the country's second largest bank. The securities operation was divested in September 1996 because of a sudden depreciation in the Rand and declining interest in South Africa as an investment opportunity. I analysed economic data from a variety of sources and compiled bi-weekly market reports, which were distributed to clients and fund managers world-wide
