Improving our designs, images, copywrite, websites, videos, advertising, cash management, inventory management, logistics, supplier relationships and most importantly our own mindset.We realised quickly that ecommerce isn't just about launching a product. If you've already gotten that far, you've achieved something that many haven't ever had the courage to try, so congratulations. BUT, that's barely half the game. Once launched you're now navigating the intricacies of Amazon systems, advertising, ranking, indexing, competition, pricing pressures and conversion challenges. So trust us when we say, we know what it feels like when that horizon seems so far away. We've been there and no doubt we'll be back there!
