I helped architect the employee training system and led the company-wide effort to utilize MS 365 Teams during the pandemic. I directly managed vendor relationships, including with our glass, cans, and corrugate suppliers. I oversaw the teams that serviced and maintained all of the packaging and facility equipment, including warehouse operations and large grain receivers and trans-load railrod operations.
