I am a third-generation insurance agent, entrepreneur, and community builder. Prior to returning to Connecticut in 2016, I gained vast life experiences working with professional sports teams, startups, cooking, sales, and large group health insurance/employee benefit clients in Florida, Utah, Montana, California and Dallas. Since returning to Connecticut I have completed my Certified Insurance Councilor, CIC, and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist, CLCS, designations to help start-up to middle market companies navigate their commercial insurance coverages while building upon the 50+ years of success the Keating Agency has providing clients with insurance peace of mind for their home, car, or business. Having been active in young professional organizations, I was able to have leadership positions that I can draw upon daily. Serving as chair of the Association for Corporate Growth Young Professionals in Dallas, TX and then Founding President of FLOW – Future Leaders of West Hartford in 2017. Today I am an active board member for the Young Insurance Professionals of Connecticut and one of the founding steering committee members for the CT Professionals Leadership Academy.Giving back to the community is important along with bringing people together, with that I co-founded a monthly happy hour, Finest Hours/Greater Hartford Gives Back, to highlight local non-profits and create volunteer opportunities.
