This includes identifying, contacting, interviewing and qualifying candidates.My responsibilities also include industry and competitor research, presentation development, determination of critical needs, and identification of target impact areas. I engage in business to business relationship maintenance with start-up and Fortune 1000 clients, servicing the Private Equity and Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Distribution verticals among others.

Work alongside Chief Compliance Officer to review and edit new and existing policies and procedures. Contribute in the review process of consumer complaints.

Worked with founding partner and other consultants to develop business development proposals for banking, investment management and companies in other industries. This experience allowed me to learn how to more effectively solve problems, communicate ideas both in writing and verbally and work more effectively in a team environment. In addition, gained experience in client acquisition, management and retention processes.

I worked in both the Strategic Sourcing department and graduated up into Fleet Management. I learned the fundamentals of the company, that great, properly-managed talent is the fuel for any highly successful organization, and gained invaluable exposure to the private sector.
