• Provide quality customer service by answering questions posed by the public, and explainingJudiciary policies and procedures• Advise Judges, attorneys and litigants on available records• Enter documents in the automated case management system• Monitor workflow and provide quality assurance• Operate electronic or manual information systems• Prepare technical and statistical review of evaluation reports
