Ryan has served a total of eleven years in the industrial sector with specific focus on petroleum refineries and petrochemical plants. Before previously leading the Process and Turnaround Services groups, he served as a National Account Manager for United Site Services. Ryan previously was a Local then Regional Account Manager for Aggreko. He began his career in Project Controls and Inside Sales for Chart Energy & Chemicals. Ryan is a product both personally and professionally of midstream and downstream Oil & Gas. Growing up amongst the distillation columns and tank farms in Southeast Texas, he experienced the industry first-hand. Ryan learned how valuable the companies, their facilities, and their products are to communities, economies, and governments across the globe. Mr. Nance earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. While there, he was an Academic All-Conference member of the 2012 Conference USA baseball champions. He is also armed with an MBA from Sam Houston State University. He and his wife, Allison, have three young children, Nash, Nolan, and Navi, and still live in Southeast Texas. Ryan's first passion is pursuing the Lord and integrating his faith into daily life. All other pursuits fall in line accordingly.
