Required to develop and execute on overall e-commerce growth strategy on a per brand basis, the management of the brand and products on all e-commerce platforms managed, and coordination between internal teams at the brand and internal teams at Pattern for successful project implementation.Key Accomplishments: * Directed growth and maintenance of 7 brands, 4.5K SKUs, and $50M in yearly combined revenue across Amazon US, Amazon CA, Amazon EU, Walmart, and eBay. Director Of Business DevelopmentPattern® Sep 2018 - Apr 2019Lehi, Utah, UsAs the Director of Business Development for Pattern, I was charged with the creation of Borderless, the distribution arm of Pattern. Specifically charged to create a solution of Authorized Distribution Partners for brands that couldn't sell through the standard Pattern 3P storefront on Amazon. Key Accomplishments: *Created Borderless 3P Network of Sellers resulting in the recovery of nearly $100M in yearly Amazon revenue for brands such as Tumi, Lipault, Skullcandy, Panasonic, and PopSockets.*Developed KPI reporting and viewing using Microsoft Power BI for 6 contracted 3P Network sellers.*Managed the brands organization and maintenance of catalogs across multiple seller accounts.*Created and successfully implemented inventory management into Amazon Fulfillment Centers on behalf of contracted 3P networksellers. -
