Our services include 24/7 technical support by the Maritz Network Operations Center (NOC), Alerting, Notification and Remediation, Application Dependency Mapping, and File Transfer/File Processing. In charge of hiring the right people for the right positions and making sure they are trained as well as have all of the tools to complete their jobs. I actively coach and mentor each one of my team members by diving in and providing recommendations as needed. I write the strategy for my team to align with the rest of the organization and remain very customer focused.

Technical Project Manager responsible for successfully managing multiple projects through their full life-cycle. Completed numerous projects including site closures, Active Directory redesign, Antivirus upgrade, Call Center refresh, and Microsoft Office 365 implementations enterprise wide. • Reviewing and completing project charters. Present charters to project review teams to acquire resources.• Create project plans using Microsoft Project Server 2010 and Project 2013 to include assigning tasks to resources and creating WBS’s.• Develop communication plans, scope documents, and determine project budgets.• Manage multiple project teams by setting up and leading all meetings, creating agendas, meeting minutes, and uploading all communications to team SharePoint sites.• Communicating with vendors to determine best business solutions. My team provides continued support to ensure non-disruption of login and email accounts.• Tracked and administered licenses for software and equipment as the Local Area Network (LAN) Administrator for Assault Craft Unit 2, monitored LAN performance, upgraded LAN network software and hardware, created network redundancy and backups to ensure continuity in the event of network failure, and installed software and hardware to ensure local area network security.
