As a Creative Producer at Moves Magazine, I am responsible for executing the creative vision of the publication and our wider, community-centric objectives.In my role, I am the bridge between the editorial, design, and photography departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination. Following the conceptualisation stage, my role involves executing engaging editorial features, cover stories, and photo shoots that captivate our community of artists, readers and reflect the essence of the Moves Magazine brand.One of my key responsibilities is to develop and maintain strong relationships within our network of talented dancers, photographers, stylists, models and other talent required to bring our vision - and those of the brands we work with - to life. To achieve this, I carefully select and manage the creative teams alongside our Editor-in-Chief for each project. Through effective communication and collaboration, we foster an environment that encourages creativity and innovation with everybody we have the pleasure of collaborating with.Additionally, I am responsible for overseeing the production process, from pre-production planning to post-production editing. I meticulously manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.In the ever-evolving landscape of digital media, we stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and creative strategies to constantly push the boundaries of visual storytelling. Between December 2021 and February 2023, I acted as a part of the small but effective sales team at Reliable Property Group. In that time, I generated in excess of £700,000 in revenue for the company's Residential Surveying department through both Business Development and Individual Sales.The day-to-day aspects of the Sales side of my time at Reliable involved speaking with thousands of home purchasers in the South-East England area, ultimately providing clients with support in understanding their property journey and the value of a RICS survey as an important part of it.The Business Strategy and Development aspect of my time at Reliable involved me working intimately with the CEO Office as the 'Number 3' in the company operationally. My day-to-day work was filled with client and business development meetings, discussing opportunities and expansion plans with other professionals in the industry. Our shared intention at Reliable was to work on lasting relationships that contributed to bettering the business' bottom line while improving the overall client value proposition. Alongside the CEO office, throughout my time at Reliable I also implemented systems of internal sales analysis and management, focusing on current and historic data for the betterment the Reliable sales approach.

I developed productive experience in Latin American markets, conducting fundamental research to identify inter-market trends and potential investment opportunities for foreign investment in the region. At Biz Latin Hub I was involved in the international expansion of the company, including project development, support and the planning the opening of a new office in Montevideo, Uruguay. I also produced market reports and analytical articles for both internal company use and client relationships, and have experience in social media coordination and online marketing. My language skills include fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, with proficiency in both verbal and written translation.
