Supported multiple worldwide marketing program by effectively building the operational processes and tools necessary to drive field execution and reporting.• Budget Management and Fiscal Planning – worked with finance stakeholders to land annual budget, cascade budget for approved marketing plans and drive quarterly fiscal discipline. 300+ plans with $73M in marketing budget, 100+ IOs in 60 countries, for both OPEX, RMI & BIF funding.• World Wide Field Communication – Organized the publication of Windows category newsletter that was seen by 500+ individuals across multiple orgs and management levels and improved the submission process which reduced the newsletter build time by 30%, hosted the biweekly Windows Category Calls, and managed the monthly device sales room calls.• ROB – Organized stakeholders, coordinated schedules, and developed the program specific tools required to manage multiple marketing programs resulting in significant efficiency improvements for the CTE Initiative, Apple Compete, and Incremental Growth. Provided program data and business insights to stakeholders.• Data Analysis – Recognized and qualified issues, trends, and anomalies in budget and marketing investment requests which resulted in budget being reallocated to support an additional 100k units.
