Program Manager
Current- Strategically foster strong internal and client relationships to build upon work done to date and grow business by repeated, successful programs.
- Collaborate with design and account leads to craft detailed and strategic scopes of work that address client needs while ensuring studio resources and services are optimally leveraged.
- Manage client relationships and multiple project teams, running concurrent projects, in excess of $750,000 by leveraging a critical eye, sharp attention to detail, and light-hearted sense of humor.
- Support creative team members with a philosophy of honesty, empathy and encouragement—fueled by a passion and commitment to create the best work possible, and tapping into my knowledge and experience of various working.
- Produce static and motion content, web builds, brand strategy and foundation from concept to delivery including sourcing partners, writing scopes and contracts, managing budgets and deliverables timeline.
- Manage documentation and paperwork, including meeting notes, budget tracking, SOWs, contractor agreements, and organizing all inbound and outbound files to/from clients.
