Tutored student athletes who were struggling in the topics of economics and mathematics. Throughout my time involved I helped all athletes achieve A's in the classes they were seeking help.

Throughout my time at SIU I was a three-year starter for the Southern Illinois Salukis at third base. Southern Illinois is a D1 baseball program that competes in the Missouri Valley Conference. I was voted to the 1st team Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete team in 2015, 2016, and 2017. In 2017 I was also fortunate enough to be a member of the prestigious College Sports Information Directors of America Academic All-District Team and was one of only eleven honorees in the country with a perfect 4.0 GPA. I also received the Mundo Spirit Award which is given to the player at SIU whom best demonstrates skills of leadership, hard work, & a team-first attitude.
