At Chris King he developed an understanding of special cutting tool designs from the company’s founder and generated parametric modeling tools that have been validated through cutting tool fabrication and component manufacturing. In a first for Chris King, he instrumented professional rider bikes and acquired product performance data on miles of downhill and mountain single-track. Ryan’s potential exceeds any opportunity we have at Chris King, including the Engineering Manager’s position. He approached us with clarity and transparency about his objectives allowing us time for an orderly transition.
