Duties included working in a demanding, high-paced environment which required prioritization of time and tasks in order to keep the restaurant and line moving smoothly. Managed inventory stock, and forecasted kitchen needs based on expected customer volume. Trained new employees on food safety, preparation, policy, and expected duties.

Duties include completing and preparing the necessary foods for the Garde Manger area, working closely with the Garde Manger manager to complete necessary tasks, being able to work unsupervised and complete objectives.
