My research focused on machine learning model development from front-end applications to full scale production for real time analysis of LHC data.I coordinated all development, planning and operations of the electron and photon Atlas High Level Trigger system for 2015 and 2016 year of data-taking of the ATLAS experiment. Commissioned the feature extraction and decision engine after a two-year shutdown period, using several multivariate techniques to increase efficiency and performance of selection software. Designed / coordinated the commissioning procedure, developed / deployed offline monitoring software for RDA, and published the early performance.I also performed the role of production software developer for integration and deployment of front-end model applications for event classification using multivariate machine learning methods (neural networks, decision trees, and likelihood ratios). I developed fast and robust C++ feature extraction and decision engine algorithms and python software for algorithm configuration and control flow. Optimised efficiency and overall latency of 40 K core computing farm by leveraging machine learning techniques for real-time data analysis for usage reduction of 4000 cores.
