Continued to use my cross training knowledge to being scheduling Hospital wide for appointments within out patient facilities. Scheduled for all Pediatric and Primary Care Locations. Also began knowledge in the referral department for Specialty Clinics.

Began position at the CMC Pediatrics at Carolina Forest . After 6 Months I was transferred to CMC Health Plaza South to assist in Opening the new location and Train Pediatric Front Staff. As Specialty offices began to open in the building I began to cross training in Primary Care, OBGYN, Ortho and Cardiology, to assist with billing and scheduling services. Assisted with Registration of patients for COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic. Train staff and Assist in opening of CMC Primary Care Market Commons. In the duration of my time at the Health Plaza South location I was named Office Lead for 6 months until transferring to Scheduling Specialist.
