Receptionist/ Dme Technician
Current- Provide customer support by greeting and assisting customers and answer billing questions
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to answer, screen and transfer calls; providinginformation, taking messages and scheduling appointments
- Perform tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, andoperating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, and other documents
- Daily use of office equipment such as copiers, scanners, fax machines, voice mail and computers
- Daily use of office automation software such as MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel to maintain and manage patient charts and records
- Maintain an organized workload while coordinating the activities between five business departments
