• Supervise a staff of 12 Desk Assistants, conduct trainings, and manage job performance• Organize monthly desk meetings as well as attend monthly Desk Manager meetings and weekly one-on-one meetings with supervisory staff • Confirm and approve payroll punches for all staff with nightly reports. Clarify any discrepancies with Desk Assistants. Responsible for payroll completion Friday and Sunday nights.

• Provide first-hand Academic/Personal/Emotional/Institution resource for students • Enforce the policies and procedures through interactions with residents during rounds • Plan and execute community building and educational programs • Create door decorations and monthly informational bulletin boards • Attend weekly meetings along with one-on-one meetings with my supervisor • Lead wing meetings to ensure that residents are familiar with the proper policies and procedures

• Work with the conference staff to aid in the planning and execution of the Arizona Residential Leadership Conference (ARLC) 2018 • Responsible for reserving all conference spaces and communicating with vendors • Responsible for transportation means for delegations coming from different cities, parking permits, and any other transportation accommodations • Creating conference schedules in correspondence with event timelines as well as availability of vendors

• Provide excellent customer service while performing the duties of my position • Read tickets and communicate with kitchen staff to ensure menu items are correct according to the order • Work cohesively with restaurant staff to provide the utmost positive experience for our guests
