Ryann is a former business student at the prodigious University of Missouri-Columbia. She also serves as Event Coordinator for Promoting, Advocating, Sisterhood & Service (P.A.S.S) where are mentors underrepresented high school students at Hickman High School in Columbia, MORyann believes that those who do not love work are doing it wrong. If you don’t love work, you are either doing it wrong or doing the wrong work. Either way, you can do better. The work that she does, she loves and wants to make a lasting impact in her field. Ryann has earned her Lean Six Sigma White Belt along with a spot on the University of Missouri’s Dean’s List and the City Colleges of Chicago’s Honors List. She has also supported diversity recruitment by becoming a part of the University of Missouri’s United Ambassadors Class of 2020’s Diversity Recruitment Team. Giving back to the youth and her community is the goal for Ryann. As a mentor and Event Coordinator for P. A.S.S, she works directly with at-risk youth and helps them get a fair chance at life. Ryann loves to build new relationships and meet new goals. As a resilient worker with a can-do attitude,she is confident and willing to deal with problems and new tasks, rather than giving up. Ryann earned her high school diploma at Kenwood Academy in Chicago, IL. She currently is a fourth-year student in the process of obtaining her bachelor's in business administration with an emphasis in Marketing
