I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Communication Studies from University of Idaho. After graduation, I gained three years experience in healthcare working with insurance companies and attorneys. My current role as Office Administrator in Rates, Planning, & Analysis at Tacoma Public Utilities has given me experience as a supervisor while managing, payroll, contract coordination, accounts payable, and Human Resources. As I've grown in this role, I've had the chance to learn more about change management, onboarding new employees, and facilitation. I was recently recruited to be a part of Tacoma Power's Supervisor Advisory Team with the goal to provide inspiration, guidance, and advice to supervisors at all levels.
