Student athlete pursuing a major in Agribusiness and minors in Agriculture-Marketing and Commodity Risk Management at South Dakota State University. I finance my education through scholarships and working part-time during the school year. I compete for SDSU on both the track team and on the National AgriMarketing Association team where I serve as my chapter's treasurer. I am currently involved in several other clubs and associations on campus including Collegiate Farm Bureau, Collegiate Cattlemans, Women in Business, Student Athlete Advisory Committee, and the Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate club. To give back to my community I officiate youth sports. To further my professional experience I am currently an Analyst Intern at AgWest Farm Credit and a Marketing Intern for The Montana Grain Growers Association.I am particularly interested in risk management services in the agricultural sector, such as puts and calls, hedging, and insurance
