CurrentAs director of CAMP, I promote and administer the Colorado Attorney Mentoring Program. I welcome and challenge independent, creative, diverse, and courageous lawyers to collaborate, innovate, learn, and explore with career-changing impact. I pursue CAMP’s mission to promote professionalism and competence in legal practice and raise CAMP’s stature as a leading state attorney mentoring program that unites innovative teaching and outstanding coaching. I also manage Legal Entrepreneurs for Justice, Colorado's only legal incubator, preparing talented and entrepreneurial lawyers in Colorado to launch and manage innovative, socially conscious, and successful law practices and the Colorado Well-Being Recognition Program for Legal Employers a first-of-its-kind Program supporting legal employers in implementing within their organizations strategies to create systemic, structural, and cultural change to improve lawyer well-being.In addition to administering the day to day operations of these statewide programs, my role is to address development and implementation of change management and strategic growth initiatives within the organization as it expands in scope, scale, and sustainability.My role in facilitating the growth of CAMP includes the following responsibilities:* Establishing and implementing new attorney orientation and mentoring programs* Conducting lawyer training needs analysis and designing training curriculum* Coordinating and monitoring attorney mentoring programs across Colorado* Assisting legal organizations in identifying recruitment and retention policies and procedures* Counseling attorneys on career development issues* Heightening the focus on equity and inclusivity within the legal profession* Planning and executing professional development events, retreats and conferences* Budget development, implementation, & maintenance* Delivery of annual report and quarterly board reports* Supervise and motivate staff
