I currently serve as the Director of the Colorado Attorney Mentoring Program (CAMP), a program of the Colorado Supreme Court. Through our nationally recognized professional mentoring program, small business incubator, and lawyer well-being programming, I provide professional development to support Colorado legal professionals in achieving professional excellence. Before joining CAMP, I focused my law practice on civil litigation, serving diverse clients in high-net-worth domestic relations, employment, tax, and real estate matters. I am also the co-founder of RANGE Consulting, a social enterprise focused on supporting employers in creating inclusive policies and systems, solving common equity-related workplace challenges, and maintaining legal compliance. As an international speaker and presenter, I seek to address systemic inequalities and champion identity equity within the legal framework. I aim to reshape the landscape of the legal profession, promoting inclusivity and combating isolationism. My approach is grounded in a desire to cultivate a profession that is as diverse and courageous as it is competent and ethical.Through my 20+ years of service on non-profit, government, and association boards, I have built a strong foundation in board governance and policy development, with a focus on establishing frameworks that promote accountability, transparency, and strategic alignment. My expertise enables organizations to create policies that support ethical leadership, effective decision-making, and sustainable growth.I have been routinely recognized for my legal practice, earning the Denver Business Journal's 2022 40 Under 40 Award, the 2019 American Bar Association Rosner & Rosner Young Lawyer Professionalism award, and the 2014 Colorado Bar Association’s Outstanding Young Attorney of the Year award.
