As director of CAMP, I promote and administer the Colorado Attorney Mentoring Program. I welcome and challenge independent, creative, diverse, and courageous lawyers to collaborate, innovate, learn, and explore with career-changing impact. I pursue CAMP’s mission to promote professionalism and competence in legal practice and raise CAMP’s stature as a leading state attorney mentoring program that unites innovative teaching and outstanding coaching. I also manage Legal Entrepreneurs for Justice, Colorado's only legal incubator, preparing talented and entrepreneurial lawyers in Colorado to launch and manage innovative, socially conscious, and successful law practices and the Colorado Well-Being Recognition Program for Legal Employers a first-of-its-kind Program supporting legal employers in implementing within their organizations strategies to create systemic, structural, and cultural change to improve lawyer well-being.In addition to administering the day to day operations of these statewide programs, my role is to address development and implementation of change management and strategic growth initiatives within the organization as it expands in scope, scale, and sustainability.My role in facilitating the growth of CAMP includes the following responsibilities:* Establishing and implementing new attorney orientation and mentoring programs* Conducting lawyer training needs analysis and designing training curriculum* Coordinating and monitoring attorney mentoring programs across Colorado* Assisting legal organizations in identifying recruitment and retention policies and procedures* Counseling attorneys on career development issues* Heightening the focus on equity and inclusivity within the legal profession* Planning and executing professional development events, retreats and conferences* Budget development, implementation, & maintenance* Delivery of annual report and quarterly board reports* Supervise and motivate staff

Professor of Private Firm Seminar and Professor of Judicial Seminar. These seminars address topics specific to the practice of law in a private firm and in judicial clerkship settings, such as ethical issues, professionalism, effective advocacy, negotiations, practice management, office culture, and client relationships. The seminar also includes self-evaluation and reflective exercises.

• Provide legal counsel to CEO and board of director on diverse matters including employment, governance, contracts, intellectual property, and risk management/liability • Responsible for management of pro bono legal department serving over 400 community members annually.• Direct supervision and mentoring of legal interns• Founding and implementation of RANGE Consulting a social enterprise focused on providing employers with strategies for cultivating LGBTQ+ workplace inclusivity.o Provide comprehensive inclusivity training and consultation to employers in the corporate, non-profit, and public sector. o Facilitate organizational progress by solving workplace challenges, designing inclusive policies and systems, and maintaining legal compliance. o Address organizational needs including developing inclusive policies and governance, legal compliance training, improved employee collaboration, and improved recruitment and advancement of diverse employees.• Responsible for providing training and consultation to Colorado lawyers on legal representation of LGBTQ+ clients• Represented the organization on local and national media, including tv appearances and radio and newspaper interviews.

• First chair attorney for over 100 trials Involving complex civil litigation in domestic relations, tax, employment, real estate, non-profit law, and civil rights. • Drafted motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.• Conducted legal research and analysis, prepared deposition questions, and conducted witness interviews.• Significant mediation and settlement experience.• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure legal alignment with business strategies.• Created and managed Non-Traditional Family Law practice area focusing on the domestic relations needs of same-sex families, grandparents, and stepparents. • Direct supervision of associate attorneys and support staff.• Responsible for revenue of over $350,000 annually.• Chair of Diversity & Inclusivity Committee.
