Responsible for membership, money, and manpower. This includes the following areas: sales and marketing, service, fundraising, administration, and public relations. I appoint, train, and supervise a District Committee of 40 Scouting Volunteers to coordinate, recruit, and train 500+ volunteers. I am responsible for generating money and interest through product sales, activities, United Way relations, Civic Clubs, and cash donations. I am also responsible for extending the District's career education program to schools, religious, civic, fraternal, educational, and other community based organizations.
