A commercially-minded, results-focused Design leader, with >19 years experience across various disciplines of design, and >12 years experience managing people. I build and scale design functions to meet business needs, managing, coaching, and mentoring world-class designers and researchers across the globe with on-the-job skills and growth development plans, to become leaders in delivering business and customer value.
