Product Manager
CurrentEmploy my communication and problem solving skills to accurately identify the problem space in our target market.Work with industry subject matter experts, internal & customer stakeholders, and end-users of our product to identify opportunities to close capability gaps and build a product roadmap that prioritizes meeting key objectives that align with product strategy, while balancing prioritization of immediate customer business needs.Instrumental in the strategy of and success criteria for a major, end-to-end application upgrade to data models and UI/UX/workflow.Work closely with engineering scrum teams using agile methodology to define and breakdown epics, decompose into user stories, effectively communicate the business need and value of features (the why), and refine the work into digestible pieces of work for the engineers.Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to develop user journeys, wireframes, workflow diagrams, visual designs, and prototypes, which I present to stakeholders and end-users in order to solicit feedback and drive to the best possible product solutions.Demo new features to internal and external stakeholders to showcase new product capabilities, as well as taking in feedback for further, iterative improvements in the spirit of agile.--FINEOS is a leading provider of core systems for life, accident and health insurers globally with 7 of the 10 largest group life and health carriers in the US as well as 6 of the largest life insurers in Australia.
