• Perform inspection of helicopter components such as epicyclic, bevel reduction gearbox, ring gear, upper and lower housing of the engine by using special equipment.• Ability to set and operate a wide range of precision calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and optical measuring instruments. • Experience with precision assembly process that utilize LN2 and other freezing agents, vacuum ovens, and other expansion agents.• Ability to document and maintain accurate records and strict procedure compliance.• Repair and overhaul of structural components to aerospace standards. • Safely work with hazardous systems, high pressure and chemicals.• Experience with safety critical system.

• Ability to operate De-ice trucks and its bucket safely with minimal visibility in any weather conditions. • Document routine maintenance and perform daily inspection to identify De-ice truck potential issues. Prepare, organize and record detailed spray report, track fluid usage including various fluid test and pre-trip information. • Communicate all pertinent information to pilots, staff and coordinator clearly. Assist supervisor in training new De-ice truck operators. • Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Involved in any department projects as required such as maintenance De-ice and Fuel farm area, cleaning tanks, assist in building De-ice pod.

• Utilized a variety of tools and test equipment. Review and follow work instructions for assembly tasks with focus and attention to detail. • Knowledge of standard safety/environmental procedures and guidelines. Analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to think critically and identify roots cause of issues. • Conducted thorough testing procedures to ensure optimal system functionality before final installation. • Assembled critical components such as DA50 RG Fluid Tank, Dart 750 Fuel Pump, Fuel Lever Sensor, Instrument Panel Cover, Flap Actuator, TKS Ice Protection System.
