As the Construction Program Manager, Ryan is using the experience he gained as a Project Manager to facilitate and foster the growth of the Green Canopy Construction Management team. His knowledge of Green Canopy processes and systems development allows him to act as a resource and consultant for Construction Channel team members, from Field Associates to Project Managers, so they can maximize their efficiency and productivity through reproducible results. Acting as a bridge between the Acquisitions, Design, Construction and Sales channels Ryan is able to identify, communicate, and resolve deficiencies and conflicts quickly to minimize the impact to project budgets and construction timelines. Those learning's are captured and shared throughout the company to enable rapid, constant improvement.
