This eventually expanded into providing vertically integrated managed IT services for small to medium businesses that enabled us to manage every aspect of our customer's technology needs. This vertical approach allows us to achieve higher levels of cohesiveness across IT assets. This allows greater levels of efficiency and utilization of IT resources. As a result, our customers spend more time focusing on what makes them money rather than on IT systems that hinder growth.

I sold high-end AV systems that included home theaters, whole house audio, smart home systems, and lighting control system. I also was the project manager for the jobs I sold to see the projects to completion whether they were retrofits into existing homes or systems integrated into new construction projects. I also was responsible for managing and maintaining the IT systems. During my time there I completely overhauled the network design and infrastructure to bring it up-to-date and make it more robust and flexible. My third major responsibility was an operations role. I did most of the product purchasing and spent much time with vendors cultivating and maintaining our business relationships with them.
