We got amazing feedback from a Farm Bureau Insurance agency who said they used the information from a CE Class to follow-up on a restoration process by asking a few questions. The questions uncovered that a restoration company had left a job without moisture reading verifying the site was dry. This caused some extra work on the insurance agencies behalf, but ensured the customer was provided excellent service, and prevented the problem from coming back worse in the near future!• Member of Bad Axe, MI - Rotary Club.• Partnered with Online Image to maintain website.

We also did service projects in Detroit, Michigan and for ASP [Appalachian Service Project] in West Virginia and Kentucky.
