Grew wired T-1/DSL/DS-3 customer base from 10 to 600 clients in 5 years, generating annual revenues of $2 million. Developed product strategy, including research, product positioning, pricing, forecasting, and sales training. Built strategic alliances with LECs and CLECs to secure reduced circuit pricing and speed the delivery of services to the end customer. Maintained relationships with customers in order to retain business and offer value added products/services.Developed fixed wireless broadband network infrastructure from inception to product launch, offering competitively priced high-speed Internet products to the commercial market competing with Telco offerings. Successfully grew the network to 300+ customers in 5 years. Directed access site lease agreement negotiations, hardware testing, installation, cabling/conduit runs, frequency management, and provided Support and Sales team training.Spearheaded the data center migration project to a new facility within a short timeline due to the unexpected closure of existing facility. Successfully planned for and moved 500 servers, switches, routers and other equipment from one location to the other within a 12 hour maintenance window.Integral in the re-launch of the Ricochet Mobile Wireless Mesh network in San Diego County. Participated in site evaluation, testing/turn up, and on-going maintenance of previously abandoned sites. Responsibilities included analyzing hardware and software issues, and directing field personnel in the maintenance and repair of all equipment. Initiated and prepared project and work order justifications, overseeing and ensuring project completion for launch and maintained for 2 years.Direct liaison to QUALCOMM for the MDSS Globalstar Communications System project. Worked jointly with QUALCOMM on a 3 month project to provide High Speed Internet connectivity and network support to QUALCOMMs headquarters and Lindbergh Field test site before, during and after the demonstration.
