The transition to Lundstrom was driven by my desire to more narrowly focus on specific business segments and find opportunity in a larger marketspace. Lundstrom provided the opportunity to develop and demonstrate my natural leadership and sales abilities. While selling and servicing a Commercial Lines book of business, I transitioned to managing Operations for Commercial Lines, the primary revenue-driving department of the agency. I partnered with the President/CEO and Executive Team to execute targeted business plans, hire/develop/retain top industry talent, and construct and implement strategic operational strategies and initiatives.
