The Milwaukee Public Museum is a natural and human history museum located in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The museum was chartered in 1882 and opened to the public in 1884. MPM has three floors of exhibits that encompass life-size dioramas, walk-through villages, world cultures, dinosaurs, a rain forest and a live butterfly garden, as well as the Daniel M. Founded in 1965, the University currently offers for approximately 8,500 students annually, career-focused, convenient, and caring education for master’s, bachelor’s, and associate degrees and diplomas in the fields of technology, business, healthcare, design, and public safety. II manage the worldwide accounting, finance, legal, risk management and human resources organizations as well as components of purchasing, facilities, and compliance at all locations. I am the first CFO the company has had in its 50 year existence and oversee the institutions budget of over $100 million. I negotiate agreements in the areas of banking, mergers and acquisitions, insurance and leases and I prepare and present all financial information for the board of directors, audit committee and external stakeholders.

Midway was a leading developer, publisher, manufacturer, and distributor of interactive entertainment software with $200 million annual net sales and 800 employees. It was a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange until 2009 when the company was sold.During my time at Midway, I managed the worldwide accounting and finance organizations as well as components of purchasing, operations, and IT organizations. Midway had nine locations including divisions in the UK, France, and Germany and JV's in Australia and Japan, and I oversaw 70 employees. I was in charge of the company budget of approximately $200 million. I prepared, filed, and presented SEC filings and all financial information for board of directors and executive leadership. I negotiated agreements and investments in the areas of banking and mergers and acquisitions. I directly communicated with key stakeholders, debt holders, and analysts.

During my time at Deloitte I was the lead manager for public and privately held companies ranging from $30 million to almost $4 billion in sales. I served as the global engagement manager on multi-national organizations with overall domestic and international responsibility to assemble, coordinate and supervise client service teams. I managed numerous domestic and multi-national audit and special projects concurrently with an emphasis on manufacturing, IT, retail, distribution, and consumer business. Finally, I managed due diligence and IPO transactions for my clients.I also researched, evaluated, and resolved audit findings, technical accounting treatments, and business and internal control issues. I taught classes in new accounting pronouncements and audit applications.
