As a support to the Closing team, follow up with applicants or applicable parties as needed to obtain missing information. Review all information, cross-check data for inconsistencies and document any non-standard matters with proper approval. Assist in and document review for essential loan closing, but not limited to checklist preparation, SBA applications forms, SBA Loan Authorization, lien searches, flood certificates, insurance, equity injection and compliance searches. Contribute to SBA ETRAN submissions and modifications. Build, scan, assemble, and maintain all loan files in Bank’s lending platform in accordance with Bank and SBA regulatory requirements. Support Closing team in proper follow up and collection of post close documentation to clear loan exceptions in a timely manner. Develop close working partnerships with all appropriate parties during the loan documentation, approval and closing process. Foster collaboration and trust within the team. Work to independently problem solve and apply expertise in validating due diligence per Bank and regulatory requirements. Participate in focus groups to improve the process and contribute suggestions to streamline the process while ensuring quality and compliance guidelines are met. Act always to protect the Bank. Perform other related duties as assigned.

The art of blacksmithing dates back hundreds of years and still holds a strong following today. With shows such as 'Forged in Fire' the renewed interest in blacksmithing has allowed me to find a place as an instructor with Blue Hell Studio, located in Cincinnati, OH. I have created a 10 week curriculum to bring beginner blacksmiths into the fires learning and forging their way through three in depth projects. These projects are constructed to help teach each of the students to not only hand forge blades but also the technical skills that the craft was built on.

Integro Bank has shown great involvement in SBA lending. I have been on trainings with the banks SBA leaders, the Spark team, as well as lenders to prepair help during the final stages of loan processing.

As the Administrative Office Clerk I am tasked daily with balancing our safe, auditing the cash tills from the previous day, researching and logging all discrepancies within the till audits, and building new cash tills for the current day. This position also includes building a Daily Business folder of reports which tracks day to day financial operations of the store. Other tasks include reporting all shortages and overages to Loss Prevention, tracking of invoices, and safe management.

In this position I was the direct supervisor many front end employees. I would complete reviews of each perspective employee, observe and track sales and reports, as well as track breaks and lunches for all front end employees. I also would train new cashiers in all front end areas, for example: returns, register, and customer service. With a good knowledge of product and store product placement, I would also help customers with any questions they may have.
